COUPON CODE INFORMATION

Coupon codes received either via e-mail or with a previous order or promotional flyer should be inserted in the coupon box during checkout.

Free Shipping coupons are good on all merchandise unless otherwise specifically stated in the items description.

Percent off coupons are good storewide with the exception of Flea and Tick Medications. Specifically, Frontline, Advantage, BioSpot, K9 Advantix, and certain zodiac products.

Only one coupon code may be entered per order.

Free Ground Shipping

Free ground shipping is available for online orders of at least $99.00 that go to a single U.S. address. This offer applies to U.S. delivery addresses in the 50 states. The Standard Shipping option must be chosen during checkout for the coupon code to be applied. Free Shipping offer is for delivery to U.S. Addresses only. Free shipping will USUALLY be U.S. Mail but PPE reserves the right to choose a different shipping method at our discretion including but not limited to 1st Class Mail, Motor Freight Carrier or UPS. Only one coupon may be used per order. Orders that DO NOT qualify for free shipping, including orders with a shippig address outside the U.S. will be charged the appropriate shipping cost when the order is processed.

To qualify for FREE SHIPPING, orders must be completed on-line, reach the minimum free shipping threshold as stated on above, be shipped to a valid U.S. Address, and the discount code for the current promotion must be inserted into the "COUPON / DISCOUNT BOX" located on the "BILLING INFORMATION" page during check-out.

NOTE ON RETURNS: If an item is returned and was included on an order that qualified for free shipping originally, The refund amount will be the purchase price of the item LESS the appropriate shipping charge for the item by itself. If a single item is returned that would drop the total of the order below the free shipping threshold, then the order no longer qualifies for free shipping and the shipping amount for the entire order will be deducted from any refund.

EXCEPTIONS TO FREE SHIPPING: Free shipping DOES NOT APPLY to Oversize / Overweight items. Some but not all of the items that may be Oversize / Overweight are:

Carriers, Crates & Cages

1 and 5 Gallon containers of shampoo, conditioner, and other grooming products

Grooming Tables

Large or X-Large pet beds (over 35 inches)

On orders where there ARE items that qualify for free shipping AND items that do not (for example: The order contains a Carrier and 10 dog collars) Free shipping will be applied to the dog collars but appropriate shipping will be charged for the carrier.

As a general rule order with free shipping will be shipped using our standard delivery which is U.S. Priority Mail but we reserve the right to use a more economical carrier if we deem it neccesary. On orders with multiple items, when one or more items are out of stock, we will hold the order and ship everything together if it appears we will have the out of stock item(s) available within 10 business days. If the out of stock item appears that it may not arrive within this time frame, we will ship the partial order and ship the remaining item(s) seperately.
