Shipping at PPE Pet Supplies is simple....Below are shipping rate charts for orders Shipped to the Lower 48 U.S. States and for U.S. orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, and all other outlying U.S. Territories. For Expedited shipping and shipping to countries other than the U.S., Place all the items you want to purchase into the shopping cart, enter a country shipping method in the boxes provided at the bottom of the page, and click on the "apply" button. Your total with shipping will be displayed.

To qualify for FREE U.S. (lower 48 states) SHIPPING automatically, choose the U.S. SuperSaver Shipping option.

NOTE ON RETURNS: If an item is returned and was included on an order that qualified for free shipping originally, The refund amount will be the purchase price of the item LESS the appropriate shipping charge for the item by itself. If the returned items drop the total value of the order beneath the free shipping threshold of the free shipping offer, Shipping for the entire order will be subtracted from the refund.

Smaller orders usually ship U.S. Postal Service. (items under 2 pounds) Packages over 2 pounds normally will ship via UPS. On very large packages, PPE reserves the right to ship only UPS and may contact you for a UPS Shipping address (if a P.O. Box is provided on orders with very large packages) The shipping carrier for Alaska, Hawaii, Military addresses, and all outlying U.S. territories is normally USPS.
